Tammy’s main motivation is to share what she’s learned along the way with her Tammy Fit community, inspiring them to step inside the gym - or completing that final rep at home.

“I really wanted to create a place with all the tools that I felt I needed when trying to reach my own fitness goals – there just wasn’t anything out there that did that. I had to get a lot of my own tools from different sources, or didn't have access to them when I needed it most. I figured that if I wanted it for myself, my fans probably would too. I’m so glad that I was right.”

    • The app offers at home and gym workouts, ranging from full body to booty, pregnancy to post pregnancy, yoga flows to intense powerbuilding sessions plus beginner and intermediate boxing.

    • Minimal equipment and no equipment workout options.

    • Programs range from 5 – 12 weeks in duration plus we have over 70 individual sessions.

    • The app features experienced trainers who are experts in their fields. Dylan Rivier designed our Powerbuilding Program and the beautiful Paula Alva takes care of all of your yoga needs. Our brand new trainer Tom Kemp has created the Build & Blast Program that is going to turn your body into a calorie burning machine! 


Our nutritionist designed Meal Plans run for 8 weeks and can be tailored to your goal; lose, maintain or gain. 

  • We have a wide range of 8 week meals that include Gluten Free, Allergy Friendly, Vegan, Vegetarian and Standard.

  • The app houses recipe sections that include Family Meals, Smoothie Bar, Healthy Treats, Comfort Food etc.

  • All up we have over 1500 recipes.

  • Barcode scanner allows you to quickly discover the products nutritional information.

  • Filter your meals according to your dietary requirements, goal and meal type.



We are on a mission to get the world moving through our workout programs, nutritionist curated meal plans & our engaged online community!
