Squat Jumps

3 rounds, 40 seconds on, 40 seconds off

 

High Knees

3 rounds, 40 seconds on, 40 seconds off

 

Side to side jumps

3 rounds, 40 seconds on, 40 seconds off

 

Oblique side crunches

3 rounds, 40 seconds on, 40 seconds off (repeat on each side)
